  • Promote and sell Interprefy’s services to Global and Corporate organizations in our target markets.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals and objectives
  • Lead generation to specified target accounts
  • Follow-up and close opportunities generated via marketing and Sales Development Reps
  • Develop new relationships from scratch (face to face meetings, on-line meetings, telephoning)
  • Liaise with other departments to secure a flawless service delivery
  • Take a tailored and personalised approach to open doors with new and existing customers
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
  • Generate offers and provide support of confirmed events to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
  • Provide pre-event support: collection of the needed materials from an event organizer before an event
  • Provide post-event support: collection of various materials for marketing purposes after an event
  • Update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database and follow-up of prospects after the events
  • Present a live demo of the Interprefy solution- carry out live demonstrations of our technology to potential customers and answering any
  • Use the CRM as a tool to maximise growth opportunities such as organisation charts
  • Use tools such as LinkedIn and ZoomInfo
